Job Description:
The development team embraces DevOps culture and delivers products using Continuous Delivery principles. You will be key in managing multiple installations of the platform across Cloud and on-premise environments, fixing security vulnerabilities every month, conducting audits, and contributing to the automation of installations. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Client’s Platform operations roadmap and execute planned research and development.
- Manage platform installations on Azure VMs and help migrate them to Kubernetes workloads over time.
- Work with customers and the Services team to support multiple installations of the platform.
- Conduct monthly audits including vulnerabilities, DAST tests, and review backups, cost, and access reviews.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Implement security best practices in Cloud and on-premise environments to address vulnerabilities and satisfy compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain Helm charts for packaging and deploying Kubernetes applications.
- Manage operations of the databases and messaging systems Postgres, Elastic, Redis, and Kafka, including configuration, scalability, and backups.
- Improve monitoring of the Platform using Prometheus, Grafana, and PagerDuty.

- Solid commercial experience managing Microsoft Azure environments, including services such as Service Bus, Storage Accounts, and Container Registry.

- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerized deployments.
- Proficient in managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
- Operating Systems:
- Strong experience in Linux system administration and scripting.

- Skilled in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and Ansible.
- Security & Best Practices:
- Good knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, and tools such as Acunetix, Snyk, CheckMarx, and Trivy.
- Experienced in production troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis to resolve incidents efficiently.
- Methodologies & Collaboration:
- Adaptable to Agile environments, contributing effectively to fast-paced, collaborative teams.
Your additional assets would be:
- Experienced in working with a variety of databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- Familiar with configuring and managing web servers, particularly Nginx.
- Proficient in using monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Exposure to modern messaging and event-driven frameworks such as Azure Event Hub, Apache Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
